Just stop the products for a few weeks. Skin cells can become insensitive if exposed to the same molecules for a long time.

Also take each day..

MSM 2 grams
Vitamin C - gram
Flaxseed oil - 5 grams

These help the skin.

Dr. P, Is this the same for copper and tin peptides for hair? Does the scalp become insensitive too?

If so, would a 7 day break every 3 months be enough?

Thanks Smiler

Dear daryanvrm:

Thanks for posting your question.

We have noticed that taking periodic breaks seems to help "jumpstart" many clients' regimens (especially if they've been using copper-peptides for a while).

This includes the scalp nutrient products (Folligen, Folligen for Blondes, Hair Signals). We recommend to use the product every other day. Or if you use it every single day, take the last week of the month off.

Taking a week break every 3 months a so is a wonderful idea to keep things freshly rejuvenating for both skin and hair care.
