I am looking to purchase the DPL Light for wrinkles. Is it worth the $299.00 or would I be better off spending my $ else where. I am tired of promkses with no results. |

I would greatly suggest you to try it...I got rid of my melasma in 3,5 months, when nothing worked for a year...

This therapy that eveyone is discussing...I was wondering if this is what they were using at my dermatologists office in trials for acne?
Anyway I clicked on the link for the mentioned light device and was wondering how this may help my son who is 19 and has moderate to severe acne. He has been seen by a derm for the last 3 years and is really disheartened. He wanted Accutane but I refused to put him on that. I also could not afford the treatments mentioned above at a med spa. Suggestions??? Also is this good for anti aging? |

Several clinics are reporting very good effects on skin after using one of our CP Serums followed by red LED lights.

Even Super Cp serum? My question is related to the fact that Super cp serum contains BHA and DPl's instructions say not to use it after acids.
I own DPL, I use it BEFORE cps, but I would like to use it AFTER them. So, what about it, dear Dr. Pickart? many thanks, AM |

Dr. Pickart, Are there any light appliances that are safe for home use that you know of? |

Hi djdaclwn,
this therapy device called 'DPL Therapy" is very good for acne and anti-aging, it could help your son with acne, however, everyone's skin is different and there is 90% of success with this system. So, as you can see there is 10% that do not react to this treatment...If you live in US, the best price on that therapy device is at NCNskincare, if you live in Canada, you can buy it at www.skinglow.ca- they offer price match and free delivery... hope it helps! |

Thanks so much for the info! Do they have a lotion or cream that is applied beforehand? For those of us with aging issues how would we use it with cp's?

DJ, you might want to check out the essentialdayspa.com forums...there are lots of discussions about a number of LED devices, and also copper peptide users who have integrated them into their routines.
