I use LacSal, Protect & Restore, Super Cop 2X, Super CP Serum & e-mul oil. I also use the DPL Light. Do I also need to do any kind of skin peels such as glycolic, pumpkin, etc.

Peels in general are good and a KEY part to keeping your skin exfoliated sloughing off old skin cells. This helps to loosen debris & with product penetration. You can use weekly peels like the pumpkin & also use a micro cloth.

If you want to up the ante, stronger Bi-weekly -or- Monthly Lactic Peels are very beneficial. A 30% Lactic would a good choice. Just make sure to neutralize it after a min to start, then after a series of peels, you can leave it on a little longer depending on how your skin reacts.

Well, I would stick with a Lactic (made from milk) which is about the same as a Glycolic but NOT as harsh on your skin. While tempted to try, in the back of my mind I knew it be best to avoid a TCA Peel unless it was be performed by a derm. I felt doing it at home was too much of a risk. Besides, the concept using an ultra strong peel in hopes that it will dissolve & remove the damage under the skin is what I have found to be only "wishful thinking".

It is better to do series of peels over time for optimum results. Depending on the kind of damage you have, you MAY want to try a 15% SA Peel...That is my fav... ...it penetrates deeper into the skin helping to loosen the attached damage. You can alternate this with a 30% Lactic, then ocassionally do a dual peel (SA/Lac).

In my 30's I would go to my derms for a series of stronger glycolic peels. The surface of my skin was beautiful. I could still see in natural daylight some little white bumps under the surface. Turns out they were burried scarred pores from BP use. Over time (around 47) they become more noticeable as my skin thinned a little from natural aging. I had a subculture of demons living under the surface that I have just about erradicated with Hydroxys & CPs, the ROLLER & a good supply of "boutique-brand paper bags"...

You do NEED stronger products to deal with it, but just don't get carried away...It takes TIME...
