After all, CPs are proven to heal damaged hair follicles!

It is best to just use retinA or Vitamin C serums in that area to avoid those 'smoker's lip lines (though I never smoked).

Dr Pickard?

Or anyone who has had them grow back a bit?

I really am interested in a Skin Bio formal response to whether the CPs will heal the damage follicles above your lip 15 years+ after electrolysis. I do not wish to do electrolysis again due to regrowth, yet I would love to avoid lines above my lip.

This must affect a significant group of your potential users.

Thanks.

As for smoker's lines, use the retin-A along with the CPs. Rub them in. Then use a hydroxy acid at a different time of the day.

I cannot say the CPs will regenerate the hair follicles but you could give it a try. You might use Hair Signals which is somewhat better than Folligen.

Thanks Dr. Pickard.

I meant the opposite -I am not trying to GROW the hair back, I am WORRIED that the hair above my lip I intentionally got rid of with electrolysis will come BACK with healing CPs. (since they heal hair follicles). Don't want this.

It depends on how much the follicles were damaged. If they did a good job, there should be no regrowth.
