Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the CP Nail Renewal and the Tin Peptide Nail Renewal products? Do they have different benefits? Is one stronger than the other?

I'm just trying to understand if they have different purposes.

Thanks!

Dear Gina:

The main difference between these two products is that the CP Nail renewal is based on Skin Remodeling Copper-Peptides which have a healing effect on dry, cracking, brittle nails and help to condition the cuticle and aid in nail growth.

Whereas the Tin Peptide Nail Renewal is based on Tin Peptides, which Dr. Pickart actually saw better results when using tin peptides on nails/cuticles as far as nail growth is concerned. However tin peptides did not have the same healing benefits as the SRCPs. And so we first came out with CP Nail Renewal as the main product.

However, some have commented that the CP Nail Renewal may leave a 'greenish-tint' to the nails. So, not too long ago, Dr. Pickart introduced the Tin Peptide Nail Renewal which helps strengthen nails and aids in growth. And will not leave any color on the nails.

So that is why we have the two products. Right now Tin Peptide Nail Renewal is available for free with any Skin Biology purchase.

Thank you,

Has anyone else had interesting experiences with either the CP Nail Renewal or the Tin Peptide Nail Renewal?

Feel free to post them here,

Hi SB, not only is the Tin Peptide nail cream great for nails but it is also an excellent hand cream. My hands were at their winter worst recently, cracking and even bleeding a little. I thought hey this works so good on the cuticles why not give it a try it on my hands as well. I always put it on my nails last thing at night and one night I used a little extra on my hands. They immediately felt refreshed and by the next morning the difference was dramatic. I have occasionally used the CP Night Eyes the same way and it also gave similar results. I love SB products.

I've been using my Tin Peptides sample for the last 2 weeks and I have seen a pretty dramatic improvement with my nails and cuticles...I have tried everything for my brittle nails and scraggly cuticles...My nails feel and look stronger and my cuticles are healing up...I guess I need to add this to my shopping cart now! We will be giving the Tin-Peptide Nail Cream away free with orders for a time. We don't want to sell anything unless we have a good number of clients say that it helps.

Just a quick question:

Would healthy nail growth correspond directly to healthy hair growth? My nails have been growing quite rampantly since I began my supplement routine and changed my diet. Will my hair growth follow suit?

MSM has been used for many years for horses to improve both hair growth and hoof health.

From a biochemical point of view, hair and nails are about the same.
