Does hair need to be clean and free of products like hair spray and hair gel before application of copper peptides (folligen/hair signals)? I wash my hair in the morning but I don't apply copper peptides until the night. But by then my hair is dirty so I feel I must wash it again before applying the copper peptides. However, that means washing my hair twice a day which seems like alot so I wanted to see what others are doing.

You don't have to wash your hair before using copper peptides.

In general, hair should not be over washed.
