I have been using Argan Oil rather than Emu after I found out a poor bird had to be killed before the oil could be extracted and that did not particularly appeal to me. The Argan while quite expensive readily absorbs. Now how about jojoba oil, that readily absorbs and is so less in price. Does skin biology have any comments re the effectiveness of these three oils to be used in conjunction with the CPs?

Dear Patrice:

Back in December 2009 - Dr. Pickart posted his opinion on Argan oil: https://healthyskin.infopop.cc/...=225102573#225102573

Regarding Jojoba oil, see: https://healthyskin.infopop.cc/...530071425#7530071425

Clients have used Jojoba oil in the past and that is fine. Others find Squalane Oil (derived from pure olive oil) a more acceptable option to use as a moisturizing agent for those looking for plant based and not animal based products.

Emu Oil is the best skin oil. It is similar to human skin oil.

We don't recommend Argan Oil.

Dear itwas123:

You'll also find some great information on our page on Emu Oil-S Lipid Replenisher - What Is It? and How to Order?

Be sure to look under the tabs on Usage and How It is Different and the Benefits and Testimonials tab.

Feel free to call 1-800-405-1912 for more information.

I've heard many rave reviews about Calamus Essential Oil as its features are really amazing. It's a worthy subsitute.

Clients can choose to use whichever essential oil they desire.

However, we always recommend to look for biological oils (oils that biochemically mimic as close as possible human skin oils).

These types of oils, which have been used for centuries, typically generate the best results.
