this link references some studies about hair reduction, do you think this would work and be safe?

The problem is that most of such treatments damage the small, nearly invisible hair vellus follicles. This stops hair growth but also stops the flow of stem cells into the skin from the hair follicles. These stem cells are needed for skin renewal.

Users of such products tell me that the products often work well on reducing hair growth but their facial skin becomes loose and sags.

But would it be ok to use such a product on your legs rather than face as skin is tougher in that area?

Dr Pickart,

So would it be ok to use on limited areas, or just to reduce the amount of hair ( as then the follicle might be damged, but no totally, so they can still prudce stem cells)
