I don't have hair loss or thinning, but each individual hair is really fine. I don't need more hair, I just wish the hair I had was thicker. Would the folligen spray make the hairs thicker?

Also, I generally don't wash my hair often with shampoo, it don't really need to be, and I don't want to because it's damaging. Do I have to wash it often if I use the spray?
