I am currently a user of folligen therapy spray , but am interested in acquiring hair signals . I use a systemic DHT inhibitor (Dutasteride) , but also want to use a topical DHT inhibitor . Hair Signals may fit the bill here .

Dr Pickart , I currently apply folligen to my hair when wet (hydrated scalp) . I believe that this is the best way of of getting the folligen spray to penetrate the follicles , also it doesn't adversely affect the hair in this manner , as some topicals do . My question is , can Hair Signals be applied to a hydrated scalp ?

In addition , will Hair Signals be available in Europe in due course ? Customs fees mean ordering from USA can ultimately be expensive .
