I have a product by Neutrogena called Sensitive Skin Sunblock SPF30.

It has no chemical sunscreens. It 's oil-free, which is hard to find in a chemical-free sunblock. It does have that whitish cast, but maybe that means the titanium dioxide isn't micronized? And it doesn't seem to break me out or irritate my skin.I would like to know if any of these ingredients are really bad:

Titanium Dioxide 9.1%
Water, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Neopentyl Glycol Diethylhexonate, Glycerin, Potassium Cetyl Phosphate, Isopropyl C12-15 Pareth-9 Carboxylate, Cetyl Alcohol, Phonoxythanol, Steareth-21, Tocopherol, Calcium Pantothenate, Camellian Oleifera Leaf Extract, Pantheonol, BHT, Neopentyl Glycol DiIsostearate, Aluminun Hydroxide, Iron Hydroxide, Steareth-2, Stearic Acid,Trimethylolpropane Triethyhexanoate, Acryalates/C10-30, Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Disodium EDTA, Carbomer, Butylene Glycol, Triethanolamine, + 4 Parabens.

Is this product very harmful, moderately ok?

It looks good except for the triethanolamine but that is in the low level category.
