Good Morning:

I wanted to add some new progress pictures that were just published on my website.

http://www.dianayvonne.com/category/16c.michelle/
http://www.dianayvonne.com/category/16c.veronique/

These girls are doing a wonderful job documenting the changes of their skin. Progress pictures not only serve to inspire that indivdual but they also communicate the possibility and hope of beautiful skin to us all.

Kind Regards
DianaYvonne

Hi
These photos are great. Smiler Smiler
So encouraging, thanks so much for sharing ladies.

I intend contributing progress photos also if I see results. Let me change that to WHEN I see reults, I have total faith and a lot has to do with all the positive feedback I have raed and results photos like these.

I do have a question though about taking a good photo. I have taken a few photos so far, but how do you get such a close up and with such clarity. I have a digital camera but the flash doesn't do too much for skin tone etc.
I presume the photos are natural daylight and then cut and enlarged to show just the same area.
Tips please.

Dear Lady Latte:

Perhaps some others would have some other suggestions for you. But if you have a program for editing your digital pictures many times this works quite well.

Sometimes along with your digital camera you may have received software for editing. Some of these programs allow you to enlarge, clarify, and further edit the picture.

If you can try enlarging or zooming in and cropping the image to the specific area.

Yes, natural daylight is the best. The flash completely eliminates any evidence of bad skin. Smiler Also, you need to play with the settings on the camera to see which ones produce a "truer" picture. Also, take them on the highest setting so that you can get close up and see the details.

Skin Bio's comments are correct about editing digital photos. You can crop and size them with programs like Photo Shop. I don't know if the camera comes with that or if you just need to buy it separately.

Thanks Kathleen
Personally I found the flash better for exposing my bad skin. It leaves wrinkles and bumps with no where to run, no where to hide. Smiler Smiler My progress photo's are with a flash. Eeek .. scary stuff up close!!

I look so much better in natural light. I have to keep looking at these to remember I don't look near as bad as I think with a flash and so close up.

Others may find differently, it may depend on the camera. Maybe experiment a bit as I did.

Thanks again

Thanks for sharing the pics Kathleen and Lady Latte. I wish I had taken before shots of my stomach but I'm only new to digital cameras. I still can't believe that the CP's have improved incredibly what a plastic surgeon said nothing but a tummy tuck would fix. ( a lot cheaper too) Smiler

Kathryn
Hey I don't know how bad your belly was before CPs but mine was awful and NOTHING I have ever tried including CP's did anything for my belly. My belly is for the first time in my life FLAT and that's nothing that any cream or other product could ever do for me.

Hugs,
Bridge =)

Dear Bridge:

You may have already posted how you were able to achieve your results...but we're interested in hearing what worked so well for you? Diet...? Exercise...?

What would you recommend based on your experience?

Thanks for posting,

"Hey ya all I had my surgery on Tues for Abdominoplasty with liposuction and a Partial Brachioplasty with liposuction. I am a little sore but I haven't had ANY real pain at all. I am getting along really well but I did have a few "burns" or "blisters" under my arms from the steri strips. Not real bad ones though. Nothing that some antibiotic ointment and some gauze wont cure =) For the first time in my life I have a flat belly and nice tight arms. =) Now i just have to finish my legs sometime this fall or the begining of the new yr. Well I am going to go. I just wanted to give everyone an update.

Hugs,
Bridge =)"

I'm planning the same surgery soon. Tell me how you like what was done now that several months have gone by. Also, do you mind telling me how old you are? I'm 56. Also, I want to immediately start using something to help the healing process. I'm just planning on using SuperCop with emu oil. Does that sound right?

Yes, but start the Super Cop lightly.
