This is July's update pictures of my progress using a foot file on stretch marks on lower left leg.

I now use the foot file once every two days (allowing a days rest inbetween). The only other thing used on the area is emu oil, although I use cp elsewhere I cannot afford to use them everywhere.

The marks are now shallower but still there I am hopeful that in another 3 or 4 months they will gone.
