Although I will add that right before I started using the products, when I'd lean down and look into a mirror to put on my makeup, I noticed that my neck sagged downward. I tried it the other day and my neck didn't sag anymore. I was pretty amazed by that actually, because I'd only put products on my skin like 10 times maybe.

First off, thanks for posting you pictures, Chuck. I always kick myself for not having started pictures myself sooner.

It's so tough to take good pictures. In your last picture, you're doing some things that are affecting your results. In the lower face picture, you're smiling, which raises the area around the chin. Also the lighting is softer. In the eye pictures, you're raising your eyebrows.

I don't mean to question your success with CPs, but just pointing out that it's hard to tell exactly how much improvement you've had from this set of pics.

HEY RONNIE!.....FIRSTTTTTTTTT, there was absolutely no raising of the eyebrows, contrary to what you might think or conjure up that you erroneously think!..Sometimes people are quick to criticize without looking at any of the positives!..THEY 'SEEK' THE NEGATIVE, WHETHER IT'S THERE OR NOT!...TELL ME RON, DID YA HAPPEN TO LOOK AT THE NECK?...YOU NEVER MENTIONED THE OBVIOUS, STAND OUT IMPROVEMENT!......What can you find wrong there?...I no longer have creases there at all!(notice that Roberto?)...THE SKIN NO LONGER HANGS(NOTICE THAT?)....MAYBE I WAS 'RAISING MY NECK' TOO??????'...IS THAT POSSIBLE????..Maybe to you it is!!!!..(OR TOO BUSY LOOKING AT EYES SUPPOSEDLY RAISED?)...Yep, had a little smile in the last pic, but regardless, my jowls are practically gone!..BUT THAT DOESN'T AFFECT MY NECK!..YOU DON'T MEAN TO QUESTION MY SUCCESS WITH CP'S?....Then what are you doing?.....Right now, I can see almost all of my upper lids, AND THEY ARE ARCHED NICELY!.......THAT'S A FACT!....My skin is firmer, snaps back when pulled, and has lifted somewhat!...Tell me, DR DERM.,did you happen to look at, with your scrutinizing eye, the lift on the inner corner of my eyes?..I'm sure Dr. P. did!....THAT CAN'T BE DONE BY RAISING YOUR EYEBROWS!....OR DID YOU KNOW THAT???? ....Trust me RONNIE, I've had tons of success with CP'S AND SKIN BIO. PRODUCTS, WITH A FEW FACIAL, NECK EXERCISES THROWN IN!...By the way, have a nice day!....Hope you're not a 'judge' in any contests...Lastly, for the few , like you, who have questioned my success, ten times more have sent positive comments....But, you are entitled to your opinion.....By the way, WHERE ARE ALL YOUR PICS?....Again DR DERM., NO EYEBROWS WERE 'EVER'RAISED!'(ONLY YOURS, HARD PRESSED TO FIND A MINIMAL FAULT!)

I just wanted to check in and say "Hi" to everyone, esp. Dr. P. and the rest at Skin Bio....It is going on two years now since I first started using cp's, and I still find my skin thicker, firmer, more toned and quite resilient...When I first began, I would pull on what was left of my saggy upper lids, and the skin felt like 'tissue paper' and would just stay in place.."Ditto" for the throat and everywhere else..Now, my lids snap back like rubber bands.....At this stage of my life, I never thought this possible, BUT I'M A BELIEVER!....Enjoying retirement, traveling, and actually in touch with some people here telling them about the products, giving a little advice etc.....Actually, I'm the guy in the 'before-after' pics, which I still find, at my age, almost impossible to believe....I still use the products daily, including the folligen, and still see good results...My best to you Dr. P.,all the staff and everyone else who contributes and helps here....Chuck K.

Chuck, I saw a lot of improvement on your after pictures. I don't think Ronnie meant that you were faking your improvement. I think it was just a comment about how lighting and the pose could effect the pictures. No matter what the conditions were in the after pictures, I still see the improvement. I'm impressed!

I must say, I'm very, very happy me too. i have been using cp's, emu and squalane, along with retin a from a year, and my skin is getting better and better. I'm following also dr.pickart's advice to assume 1 gr vit c, 1 gr msm and 1 gr borage oil and now, after almost a year, I'm seeing even my hand skin changing, becoming thicker and rosier.
many thanks dr.Pickart Bravo!

I do see improvement but I agree with Ronnie about the difference in the photographs. The eyebrows ARE raised and the picture smiling does change the jawline/jowls. All B and A pictures should be done in the same lighting, with the same expression to be taken seriously. Just my opinion.

AS I TOLD RONNIE AND I'M TELLING YOU---Try to raise the inner arches of your eyes by raising your brows slighly---THEY HARDLY MOVE AT ALL!...So there goes your point number one and I WAS NOT RAISING MY BROWS..THERE IS BUILD TO THE INSIDE CORNERS UPWARDS, WHICH HELPS TO CREATE THE ARCH, THUS SHOWING MORE OF THE UPPER LID OF MY EYES AS I'M SURE DR. P. NOTICED!...POINT TWO----Have you noticed the sides of my neck and lack of creases???.....Maybe you're reading with Braille?....Lol!.....My best, Chuck...The bottom line is----I KNOW WHAT "I" SEE AND FEEL AND REALLY, THAT'S ALL THAT WILL EVER MATTER!

Additionally, I might 'SUGGEST' you place your index fingers at the inner corners of each eye, against bone, right where upper-lower lids almost touch, then place your middle fingers directly above EACH ONE AND JUST PRESS SLIGHTLY INWARD!.......Now, all 'doubting thomases,'RAISE YOUR EYEBROWS' and that area does NOT MOVE!...Again, hate being redundant too,but rebuilding the area around the eye ala cp's, plus doing this eye exercise, has done the job!...If your skin is damaged, etc., and you use an eye exercise, it's like putting resistance on a half filled balloon...BUTTTTTTT, rebuilding that area with cp's, thus firming it(more air in a balloon!), and doing an eye exercise or two, will improve and lift that arch, thus opening your eyes and creating arch...Simply add another finger(your index), to the previously mentioned, then push up and spread fingers out a bit!-----HOLD AND SQUINT FOR 10 SECONDS!.....Do 4-5 sets, twice daily!....NEXT, move 2 fingers where your inner eyebrows end(in between this area are the 'infamous' frown lines!)PUSH UP AND OUT, THEN SQUINT AGAIN....Same sets and reps as above!....Look at my 'before' and the 'straight across hooded' look above of my eyes...Remember, I'm not young either, with many years of sun damage to my face, etc....THERE WAS NO INNER ARCH!.....If you build that area like I did, which took me 10 months, MORE OF YOUR LIDS WILL SHOW, AND THE TOTAL AREA ABOVE THE EYES WILL IMPROVE...In short, the cp's firmed and rebuilt it all, and I added a few exercises to supplement this...I would say that the cp's did much more, but I KNOW the exercises helped....The trouble today is that most people want it 'ALL' right now, with most major cosmetic companies promising 'Ponce De Leon's ' fountain of youth...Don't be 'duped!'....It takes time and the right products!...For me, getting the right recipe of exfol, cp's, oils and exercises did it!....Lastly, the only time I raise my brows is when I look in the mirror and smile, or see a nice looking gal!....Lol!.....Have a nice day!...My best, Chuck

Chuck

I can see where the others are coming from. I think we're all a naturally enquiring and questioning bunch that's all. Where our skin is concerned, we like to leave no room for doubt! Plus some of us are always going to question any photos - it's in our genes, Chuck! lol. I'm doing it with yours right now. Yes I am. I can't help it. As for the doubting Thomases you mention - well I'm probably one of the biggest doubters on this forum. Fortunately Skin Biology and Dr P seem tolerate it along with my occasional mouthing off and sarcasm.

That aside I most definitely thought there was a change in your neck. Much, much firmer and alot less creasing. Absolutely fantastic! And even allowing for the changes in lighting, expression etc, I thought your eyes looked better too. I'm genuinely really pleased for you. Not that it really matters what I or anyone else thinks anyway. As long as you continue to see improvements it's really irrelevant what the rest of us think.

Good luck to you Chuck. Go careful though - you might end up looking like a baby!

Dani....I think that you 'expressed' it better than any of the previously mentioned 'skeptics'...I appreciate your input....My best always, Chuck...I'm in touch with gals here, and they describe 'horrific' features of their face, eyes etc!...When I see photos of them from different angles, I am hard pressed to find 'the faults that they mention and are losing their minds over!'....Being a 'perfectionist' is ok, but finding 'perfection' does not exist....Overall "improvement?"---YES!...BUT IT TAKES TIME AND PATIENCE, AND WITH CP'S THERE IS 'FINDING THE RIGHT RECIPE!'

Something went wrong with the pc and my post got posted one and a quarter times! How's about that!

Chuck

I think it's that alot of us set ourselves these impossibly high standards sometimes - I certainly know I do where my skin's concerned. And most people notice their own "faults" more than they notice other people's.

When my grandmother was alive I always adored her wrinkles. Absolutely loved them - especially when I was very young. It made her more granny-like. But I wouldn't want them for myself.

Thanks Dani!...I knew something went wrong!...Lol!....At my age, I never set high standards because 'anything' would have been an improvement....Lol!....So, after a year or so I was surprised and pleased, but it's just that I started too late, and all those years in the sun golfing, sun bathing, tennis , with no cap or protection....High standars are nice to set, and you should, for it gives you more desire, etc....However, we know 100 percent is never there, but settling for a bit less acceptable percentage is great in my opinion....Take care....Did your post get cut short here???....Smile!...But watch the nasal labs!....Lol!......Chuck Crying

As a huge believer in facial exercises, I just wanted to assure people that it's easy to get that open eye look that makes it seem like eyebrows are lifted, just from doing the upper eyelid exercise daily and the exercise for the eyebrows. I believe that if that is combined with the right recipe of CP's, then results would be remarkable.

Look at anyone who is following a facial exercise program religiously and you will see the arch under the brows that Chuck has nicely defined. Some people complain of getting horizontal lines along the forehead when everything else seems to be nicely toned and I can bet my bottom dollar, those people who complained of those lines have a look of raised eyebrows due to overbuilding muscles while doing the eyebrow lift. These same people may also complain of having overbuilt the muscle under the eyebrow so it seems to protrude.

Just my two cents.
