Question:
If you are looking to track results one of the best ways of doing so may be to perform your own Before & After Test.

A good suggestion is to take a picture (perhaps with a digital camera or scan it in later), focused more on your skin and not particularly of the face or area.

We've had it described before by one of Skin Biology's Clients that taking such pictures "serves as your own personal source of inspiration as you begin comparing them for the changes that have occurred over time."
